      ok, I'll do it step-by-step. When you are in Photobucket -- you will see Upload Images on the right hand side -- Click on CHOOSE FILES -- make sure on the right hand side you have FROM MY COMPUTER selected. This should get you your pictures saved on your computer...................................

      ok, so you have pictures that aren't on the internet. To use them here, you have to get them to a site that is on the internet, like PhotoBucket or MyBannerMaker. I think you know how to use Photobucket?
